Our company produces thermal and sound insulation for pipes for various purposes:

Our insulation has different properties in different applications: heat insulating for plumbing and heating systems, sound insulating for sewerage systems, cold insulating for cooling systems.
In addition to the main properties of pipe insulation made of PE foam, our company has developed modified types with improved properties such as fire safety, wear resistance, light resistance.

Application of insulating pipes
Insulating pipes are used both for thermal and sound insulation of pipelines.
Application area:
➤ insulation of heating systems and hot water supply equipment (reduces heat loss, absorbs sound vibrations and vibration in pipes)
➤ insulation of water supply pipes
➤ insulation of sewer pipes
➤ insulation of pipes for air conditioning and ventilation systems
➤ insulation of pipes in refrigeration units (prevents condensation and corrosion).
Important!
In open passages of the pipeline outside the house, thermal insulation should be covered and protected against direct ultraviolet radiation. Before using tubular insulation, study the temperature regime of the carrier in the pipeline. It must be within the operational temperature requirements of the insulation specification.
When installing PE foam insulation for pipes, pay maximum attention to tightness. Use reinforced tape to seal all pipe insulation joints.
Tube length is 2 m
The diameter and wall thickness of pipe insulation can be produced according to the customer required dimensions.
Packaging is a plastic bag.
